After more than 40 years in leadership positions in the church, academic, and business worlds, Andy Wileman saw firsthand the profound impact well-equipped leaders can make in their organizations and communities. His unique experience in multiple arenas gives him perspective on the many challenges facing leaders today. Through his own successes and struggles, he developed a desire to serve those who serve others in the many difficult tasks of leadership. ​
